📅 Booking Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance online, by phone, or in person. Some services may require prepayment or a credit card on file.
🔁 Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 50% cancellation fee
- Same-day cancellations: Up to 100% of service fee
🚫 No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged.
Repeated no-shows may result in blocked future bookings.
⏰ Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your session time, but the full fee still applies.
🎁 Package Policy
Our discounted packages are designed to benefit individual clients.
- Each package is valid for one person only and cannot be shared.
- Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
